These terms govern your access to and use of the Persona AI application and services.

Using Persona AI
You must meet the minimum age required by your app store and local law, provide accurate account information, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
AI-generated content
Characters and responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, fictional, incomplete or inappropriate and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional decisions.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Persona AI the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content to operate and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, exploit or harm others, create non-consensual intimate content, distribute malware, evade safeguards, interfere with the service, impersonate others deceptively, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the applicable app store and renew according to the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel renewal in your store account. Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are handled under the store's rules.
Availability and termination
Features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, abuse, legal requirements or service protection. You may stop using Persona AI and request account deletion at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Persona AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
